Kaikai Channel is an internet TV show that researches about spooky rumors. The host of the show is an idol, Chie Inami. One day, information about a woman ghost called HIKIKO comes. HIKIKO drags to death, all the bully that made her suicide. Unfortunately, no one in the city knew about the rumor of HIKIKO so they decide to stage up a drama for the show.
